This resource has some limited information on the credit card processing industry. It would be a good resource for a person who is very new to the business and it just getting started. They accurately cover most all of the basics of the industry. They have some certification classes that the site appears to offer but where is says to click does not work. Even though they may no longer be offering any certifications they still have the basics outlined in the 101 education section of the page. If you are already a seasoned agent you many wan to skip over this one.
